Barcode detection in the OCR step
Extract barcodes and QR codes during OCR, with hover-to-highlight in the viewer.
The OCR step can now read barcodes and QR codes alongside text. Pick the detection engine that fits your deployment: Microsoft’s barcode add-on (a free part of the same Azure call), the local ZXing engine, or both at once with results merged and tagged by source.
Detected codes are written per page and shown in the transaction viewer: hover a value to highlight where it sits on the page. Detection is off by default and enabled per node, so there’s no cost or noise unless you ask for it.
